Most textures came from other games like No More Room in Hell, L4D2 and Beginner's Guide. I made some custom props with Propper and added alot of custom textures (Which is already in the map, so you dont need to download any custom textures). I wasnt happy with where it was going, so I finally made a layout a scenary that I was happy with.
So I had to re-do the layout of the map like 2-3 times, thats why it took me so long.
I started working on it before gm_castaway, I first had a futuristic city in mind with some Batman The Animated Series influence, but after a while I decided to go all out and make a gotham city map (since there wasn't a sandbox gotham map in the workshop). Heavily inspired by Batman: The Animated Series (My fav as a kid)įinally I'm done with this map, this one took too long in my opinion.
